1854-O Half Dollar Strange Star 11

Has anyone seen this strange star? There is no mention in the Wiley & Bugert book. It's definitely not a late-die state star drawn to the edge. Perhaps it's some punching error?

Possibly WB-53? Could you please post the reverse?
Ah I missed it was an O.
Ah, it's a cud! (WB-53). Thanks @LJenkins11 My Wiley-Bugert book is from 1993. I assume there is a newer edition? Here's the reverse:

@yosclimber Thanks! 🙏
Looks like it may be a die crack that appears to extent a small distance beyond the other side of the star.
