Just spotted this in an old folder. It's gotta be a typo, correct?

    Whoa! I had one of those folders, once upon a time before I graduated to the album. I don't recall the "steel" designation before.

    I am a newer collector (started April 2020), and I primarily focus on U.S. Half Cents and Type Coins. Early copper is my favorite.

    I would not think that it is a rare folder. The first one (and the second and the third) I pulled up on ebay showed the same "steel" description.
