Just an FYI, but the 2023 Heritage Angels cards are all intentionally missing the city name. It has something to do with the actual licensing agreements between the Angels, the stadium, the cities of Anaheim and Los Angeles, and MLB. I thought that I had found an error, too, after the first Angels card that I pulled. Then I realized they were all like that.
Also, I believe the Red border cards are from Target store product, while the blue sparkle refractors are in the Walmart store product. To my knowledge, all of the Red border cards say white border on the back for an uncorrected error.
