Glad to see the Dodgers and the Yankees in the WS.
A chance to see two of the best and loved players in recent memory play against each other. This could be as historical as Ruth's called shot or Larsen's perfect no no. So get the beer, brats and stogies ready. This is history being made.

I am excited as well.
George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.
Just a quick note to some of the old timers on here. The Dodgers have moved out of Brooklyn, and are now playing in Los Angeles.
The Yankees still play in New York.
How come I didn't receive that email. When did that happen?
Da Bumps are still in Brooklyn… in the subway but missed their stop. There will be significant disappointment when they no longer see Ebbets Field… or Duke Snider.
Experience the World through Numismatics...it's more than you can imagine.
Go Highlanders!
Considering the contractual value and worth of these teams, the World Series is now a Gross National Product.
Enjoy the go.
As was mentioned by someone in another thread...A national audience want to see "David vs Goliath" or "Goliath vs Goliath" but most certainly not "David vs David"
Even their players own families may not have watched Brewers vs Royals.
Those who do not understand Pro Sports like MLB are first and formost business' that want profit simply lack the fundementals of how the world works
Nightmare WS for me. Yankees fans are often insufferable with their 27 rings nonsense even though like 21 of them were before the Korean War, and I will never root for the Dodgers especially now with Lebron being part owner. Hopefully Freeman has a good series and Othani does something exciting but other than that I wish they could both lose.
Now if I were a TV executive I would still be crying tears of joy right now
Wisconsin 2-6 against the SEC since 2007
At the least, disable the pitch clock for the 8th and ninth innings.
Yeah 4 Sure...A Yankees Dodgers Series Would Be Pretty Cool...
