I can see the late night commercials. Like those chat lines of busted women whose prime was a decade or two ago.

Common sense ain't so common anymore

I'd think it would be easier to read through specific emails than it would be to trudge through these forums.
Let's face it, many of the complaints are borderline nonsense.

Plus, how do you know these forums are not read and considered and after having done so determined it would be
wise and beneficial to then allow specific customer satisfaction suggestions in the form of a survey?

Publix supermarket puts their lactose free milk on the top shelf, in the back, making it very hard to reach. It's very annoying but I'm sure they would say that's borderline nonsense for a complaint.

If the forums were read and considered, what would be the point of a survey? Kind of like turning the Titanic around and hitting the iceberg again.

All they would have to do is go to the set registry forum and read all the complaints!
And, do you really think it would take much time to find a complaints about the True Views???
They have responded on there so why would it be a big deal to LOOK THERE!
I guess when there is a problem that doesn't affect you it's considered "borderline nonsence"

    Excellent guess, yet partially wrong.
I suppose I'd like to read the occasional possible solution to an issue or problem rather than many thread or posts simply stating the objection without follow-up.
Otherwise, good call. I do think there is some accuracy to you stating, "...a problem that doesn't affect you it's considered borderline nonsense." I wasn't being objective or fair.
I should choose my words more carefully.
