Plenty of real nice MS69-70's, and a partial set of PR70 gold eagles in most denominations from 1986 to 2020, for anyone in the market. Some dates are becoming relatively scarce, like the older ones with Roman numerals, and gold is moving up fast.

To see all 256 gold eagles for sale please search Goldminer's Collection at the Great Collections on the US Coin auction page.

    Thanks for looking.

There are still 170 different modern gold eagle dates for sale at Great Collections. Half of them will end this Sunday.

Many are selling for less than what the US Mint charges for new gold eagles these days.

There are 85 gold eagles are ending tonight including all denominations. The Mint is asking $3,600 for a one-ounce gold eagle proof. It is hard to justify the high premiums the mint is charging, when better graded coins are available for far less.

Most of the ones from my retired #1 set, that are being auctioned at GC today, are currently bid well below $3,000 and are in PCGS PR70DCAM First Strike holders.

There are also many low mintage, 1/4 and 1/2-ounce coins that are still available in PCGS MS70 and PR70DCAM at great prices.

    Thanks for looking.

There are still many listed that end this Sunday without bids starting at $2,600 an ounce, or equivalent for the 1/4 and 1/2- ounce coins. These are at lower prices than the US Mint for nice, PCGS graded gold.

    Thanks for looking.

Only 2 days left to bid at Great Collections for the last of my gold eagle collection. There are still 85 PCGS MS and PR70DCAM coins listed that end this Sunday night.

Several of the one-ounce eagles still have bids starting at $2,600 an ounce. The 1/2-ounce coins bids started at $1,300, and the 1/4-ounce coins start at $650.

Most all of these are at lower prices than the US Mint is currently asking for top graded PCGS graded gold.

    Thanks for looking.

Today is the last day at Great Collections for highest grade gold eagles from the #1 gold eagle registry set that is now retired.

Several of the one-ounce eagles graded 70 still have very low bids starting at $2,600 an ounce. The 1/2-ounce coins bids start at $1,300, and the 1/4-ounce coins start at $650.

All of these are at lower prices than the US Mint is currently asking for top graded PCGS graded gold.

    Please take a look. Thanks.
