I sent Dan marinocollector ( redscfgriffey30 ) a check for 28.00 for 3 dreamcast games . he got the check on the 8th & cashed it on the 9th but still has not sent the games. I have emailed him & he said he hasn't had a chance to get to the P.O. I traded with him before no problem but now this. do you think I should wait a few more days or file a claim. appreciate any input
