What is the question? You correctly identified the coin as a 1987-D, but then you say it “isn’t mint mark coin”. The D is the mint mark, so I’m not sure what you’re asking.

If you mean RPM then no - your coin is not an RPM even though it may look like it - it may be due to something simple as staining, or a minting event like Machine Doubling or a split plating issue.
