66 but the images are low res and grainy, the overexposure will likely conceal flaws.

Blurry photos suggest MS-66 to me.

I can't grade the coin with these pictures. It would be a complete shot in the dark.
That's why it's called "Guess" the grade. 😆

Why not just use a random number generator?
Nobody says you can't.

I'm inclined to trash this coin but first I will say the reverse is most uncommonly nice. It is only very lightly marked with most being on the chin which is my least favorite place on the '76. As such I can easily imagine the services calling it a 67.
However I hate the spotting and the poor surfaces and would call it a 65. It might look better in hand but I still wouldn't like it.

It's far nicer in the holder.
How's the reverse?
That’s respectable! I thought it was gonna be one of those no name slabs like ICP or UCP I saw 70 😂
Won it for $5.71. I'm not disappointed. Just to decide whether to try and cross or just flip for the profit since I only have an MS65 in my pcgs set so far.

Thank you.
It's a very nice coin. My first assessment was too low.
I could still see it in a PCGS 67 holder but more likely they'd grade it 66.
I'd call it a low end but very attractive 66 providing there is no marking still hiding. The coin is a little different from what is normally seen which complicates grading. Odds are good it came from a '75 mint set since mark free reverses are so tough in the '76 and toning was very uncommon on 76 coins back when this was probably graded. It is very clean but the surface issues still disturb me a little.
You'd have a hard time trying to improve this coin from rolls and mint sets. Back when the sets were brand new it might take only a couple hundred but now that most of the sets are gone, all are tarnished, and many are cherry picked it would take a great deal more.
