Mechanical or hub doubling?

In the word "TRUST" on this 2021-D Washinton quarter, it looks like I have a form of doubling. Not sure if it is a mechanical or a hub doubling. looks like the last three letters of trust. the two points on the bottom of the (S) is what stands out.
