The line it’s not shown! My bad but I got another one where the lines are more visible! This lines are they from being in circulation??

I believe that's where his fingers were holding the coin.
Also possible that it was struck in solid gold. However, the only pics provided by the OP show no evidence of either.
Based on those pictures, it's a totally normal, heavily damaged coin.

That's the "ring of death" - damage from coin rolling machines.
You really should spend some time reading other threads on the forum. This damage comes up pretty frequently.
Markings below the surface of a coin are scratches = a type of damage.

I believe that's where his fingers were holding the coin.
