#LetsGoSwitzerlandThe Man Who Does Not Read Has No Advantage Over the Man Who Cannot Read. The biggest obstacle to progress is a habit of “buying what we want and begging for what we need.”You get the Freedom you fight for and get the Oppression you deserve.
I guess it’s no discussion about the Mets player who jogged his way to a double play last game of year.
The entire Arizona diamondback organization says thank you sir for doing your lazy ass part in keeping us out of the playoffs. 😂🥳🍺

Quite possibly the first time I’ve seen a tray of ice cubes posted to this forum. And of course the flannel never gets old. Well done GRP 👍

at the time; my ice maker in the freezer needed a new intake valve, so I had to go with the Old School trays for a few days...

Al, how far are you located from that huge chemical plant fire in Conyers? Has it affected your area?
I just returned from 10 days in Utah. Was not aware of the chem fire, but I live about 50 miles East of Conyers. While in Utah, I was really surprised to get cell service, especially in Torrey. A lot of places were a mere blink as we passed through and my wife and I were constantly saying "what do these people do for work?"It was almost exciting to see a local grocery store!!
I mean miles and miles of nothing.
The Aspens were in glorious gold color with some contrasting green against a perfect blue sky. We stopped at Fish Lake, not far from Richfield to drink in the moment. Some serious scenery out there if you ever care to indulge the National Parks. Capitol Reef was a disappointment, but Dead Horse Point State Park and Canyonlands NP and a revisit to Bryce did not disappoint. If you ever go, have plenty of gas and water/snacks, etc, there is almost nothing between points of interest... nada
I had originally posted in the OP about Rose, then saw that it was already in another thread. I was on my cell and thought that was the best way to dump the thread. Glad everyone enjoyed posting various topics.

I don't know whether to take the high road or the low road, so I'll take whichever road leads to Rome.
is this a thread about my sex life ?
you'll never be able to outrun a bad diet
It's a silent discussion.

My sex life is like a Ferrari. I don’t have either
"I spent 50% of my money on alcohol, women, and gambling. The other half I wasted.
This discussion is so secret, we can not talk about it.

Jim
after seeing this, i have nothing to add
Elly came up a bit short but I’m proud of him for staying in the lineup until the bitter end and coming up top 4.
