They are both modern brass replicas of ancient coins.
The big one on the left is based on coinage of the Kushan Empire, in the name of king "Soter Megas". Genuine coins look more like this: https://www.vcoins.com/en/stores/ariana_coins/15/product/india_kushan_empire_vima_takto_soter_megas_circa_ad_80100__tetradrachm/433579/Default.aspx
The smaller one I believe is modelled on an ancient Maccabean Judaean coin of King Judah Aristobulus II. Genuine coins look like this: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=724698
Their brassy appearance, poorly rendered text, and perfect roundness all indicate these are modern machine-made replicas. I assume they were made for mounting into ancient-looking jewellery.

Apparently I have been awarded one DPOTD.
Many thanks, Sapyx. Went through five books, taking a couple hours here and failed to attribute.
