Still have the receipt. Wish I could've afforded more back then but I was a lowly E4 in the Navy and that was a lot of money back then.

Need a Barber Half with ANACS photo certificate. If you have one for sale please PM me. Current Ebay auctions

Nice one. Southeast Refining, I assume (should be marked as such on the back) ?

I still have a common JM 10-troy-oz 999 silver bar that I bought at a coin shop for $48.

Yep, Southeast refining on a crosshatched background.

Let me know if you want to double your money :D
I remember my first 10 ounce bar.
    A USS CONSTITUTION bar.
It led me down the rabbit hole and I had to pick up the 25oz. 50oz and 100oz.

That's pretty cool. What made you want to get into bullion at that time?

I remember that coin store, years before the date on your receipt.

Probably just a natural extension of coin collecting from when I was a kid.

I love those, they take me back to the 80s when I was a little kid and buying them, I wish I had some of the originals that I had back then, just for the nostalgia more than anything…

I still like to pick up the vintage Johnson Mattheys when I find them.

This one is a very recent pick up, it’s a scarcer bar because of the prefix “R”
