I like the rainbow Czech note. That one is on my to-do list but I haven't got me one just yet.
More colourful Italian fare?
(I sold the Galileo first prefix but still have a few more Italian notes for sale)
I agree with @element159 : there are some lovely Czech designs.
My only one so far:

This colorful Ukraine note commemorates the 1 year anniversary of the invasion.
Like the little blurb on the 20 Commemorative from Ukraine @Steve_in_Tampa
@SaorAlba , that National Bank of Scotland horse blanket is very pretty!
Here's a 10 Pound from New Zealand, I have found pretty nice to look at too:

Not just colorful notes but fantastic art work. Don't know the printing process but it's pretty incredible how the designs are transferred to the notes!

For our Canadian friends. Charter notes are an addiction.
Totally!
That's why, when I was 14 & started this madness (called collecting currency) I made a commitment to Bank of Canada only. I constantly swore I would never collect World either but finally had a change of heart after my first trip to Europe in 2003. It was gradual, but eventually the World bug has eclipsed my CAD habit. That $10 from the Canadian Bank of Commerce is gorgeous (great colours like the Sottish note). Also want to pick up a 10,000 Pesos from Columbia sometime (brilliant design on the reverse).
@SaorAlba , I will have to settle for this 5000 Colones from Costa Rica (though I wish I could afford to pick up a few of their larger/older classic versions (especially the "Mona Lisa" as seen below (not my note):

I’ve always considered Cook Islands notes colorful.
