1928 $10 Cleveland Value

    Nice note.
    All of the series 1928A $10 replacement notes have value. I would value it somewhere between $300 and $500 depending on how it grades.

    Agree with Steve. Looks to be in the VF 25-30 range, but I would value it at $250-$350.

    This note is an "FR-2000-D" (D* Block) and looks to be in VF 25-30 condition. There is currently an almost identical note (but graded in a PMG25 holder) on Ebay for $500 (BIN), and then there are numerous no-star examples graded PMG63 that are selling for less than $200.

    Seeing as how the star doubles the value of that particular note, I would suggest sending it to be graded. It's definitely a tougher note to obtain.
