As a poster who @PeakRarities finds particularly, ah,....um… lets go with …stimulating(?), :) believe it way past time for me to thank Dan by sending the following “Yours Very Truly” to him and his Oregon Beaver Coin, and also include an interesting recounting by family members of those involved in its mintage :

    This is very interesting, thanks for posting.

    I realize we got off on the wrong foot, but I’m not a vindictive person and I’m more than happy to squash it and let bygones be bygones.

    One thing you don’t understand (but will very soon) is the amount of new posters we have join the forum to start criticizing this grading service, that grading service, this dealer, that auction house. With the nature of your early posts and the fact that you have a private profile, that led me to believe you were here only to stir up drama, rather than discussing coins.

    But I will extend a virtual 🫒 branch if you’d like put it behind us so we can coexist peacefully here. I would suggest disabling your private profile though so that people can send you a private message, I would have done that earlier if I had been able to.
