wax packs from Topps Fun Bag

*Hi so I would like to submit through PSA Canada my fun Bag (Topps) My Question is I want to send the bag but only grade the (6) 1976 football packs and the (6) 1976 hockey packs there ae 27 packs in the bag would PSA do this as I sent in 2 unopened Packs (never opened and they both came back altered ) this way they see them in the sealed bag and not opened . not interested in BBC as I want to have the packs graded . Thank you
