Proof 64 rb
I couldn’t imagine a grade of less than 66 on that coin.

I'd have to see it in-hand to know if it is RD or RB.
But I will guess RB.
So PR67 RB.

Nice coin. Almost looks like a rub on Lincoln’s cheek, but if not I’ll go PR 66RB.

Since I know you have good photography skills, I'm seeing subdued luster which I think holds it back from gem.

Here’s my thought process in arriving at my grade guess…
First thought - coin looks like a Proof.
Next thought - could it be RD? It shouldn’t be so I’m thinking RB.
What numerical grade is it? Multiple areas of the obverse (including the face, ear, hair, nose, beard and bust) are discolored. Is it carbon, crud, patina or some combination of those? Whatever it is, there’s a lot of it and it detracts considerably from an otherwise very nice coin. Would it look better in different images and/or in hand?
Going by the images provided, it’ll guess PR64RB. That said, I won’t be surprised if the coin grades a couple of points higher than that.

PF66BN.
The rims and fields look very proof like, but the hair and beard lacks the detail of even mid grade Matte Proof. I’m going to guess MS67RD.
