Any thoughts on this 1981 Quarter? Is it major die strike errors?

Hey All! New to the forum.
At first, I thought it was just a beat up quarter. But the more I look at it under magnification, the more curious I became. I'm calling it the Zombie quarter. Notice Washington's eyes, and there are inexplicable markings and extra metal around the edge. Any help would be appreciated!

Parking lot find. It's been severly damaged and run over.

Also known as a “ road kill “ coin. There is nothing there that could happen
when the coin was struck. 100% damage.1

Having fun while switching things up and focusing on a next level PCGS slabbed 1950+ type set, while still looking for great examples for the 7070.
Thanks! I hesitated posting it, and obviously getting some flack from some less than kind members. But, I needed to put this to bed. Under magnification it is bizarre. But agreed, the elements and tires can be creative.
Magnification is usually not your friend when it comes to coins. You'll start seeing all sorts of weird things.
You know, though, if CAC stickered parking lot coins it would get one.
