Help on Value? “Coson, after 54 BC THRACIAN OR SCYTHIAN AV Stater”

I just made a deal to pick up this coin “Coson, after 54 BC THRACIAN OR SCYTHIAN AV Stater”

I could not resist because it’s gold, it’s age, graded ms, and it’s 5/5, 5/5. I took a flyer with the associated risk and bought it. Normally I don’t take flyers on coins I don’t know anything about however to me this coin is just too cool.

Unfortunately, I am having trouble finding pricing information on the wholesale and retail value of this coin. Does anyone have this information?

On a quick look at a place I go sometimes Sarasota Numismatics, they have three there:

Yours it is Surface 5/5 so maybe a little more on the price compared to the one on the right in the image.

Eluis: thank you for the information.

Interesting the two coins in your response on the right are both graded the same: strike 5/5, surface 4/5 and yet there is a $450- price difference. Hmmmmmm 🤔

Also, based on this information it looks like I overpaid which is ok.

I do not collect these types of coins, so I do not know much, I always have seen them being graded with the STRIKE & SURFACE numbers - In that site they have MS60 & 60 (all three have the MS).

Maybe it is the weight difference? No idea - Maybe let's see if someone else can comment better on this.

Here is a very detailed and well done book about this coin (described as Dacian), unfortunately only in Romanian:
