Is this Lincoln Cent doubled die? And is it a small date?

The pictures aren't really clear, but I set my cellphone camera to macro settings. On the Obverse and Reverse of my 1982-P Lincoln Cent seems to be doubled. I'm seeking expert opinions

However, I don't need to be an expert to determine that it is a large date. And I don't see any doubling on your coin either.

This is a large date coin as Hummingbird already noted. What you see with the lettering is simple die deterioration, which is often called die deterioration doubling. It is not true hub doubling and has no value or interest to collectors.
