Submissions at show question

Hey everyone…..I’m heading to the Tampa show as a first time show attendee and was wondering what the process is for submitting coins for either TPG , CAC, or CACG? Do they do the forms and paperwork at the show? Are there any dealers or experts that can be used for their expertise or advice on submitting coins to help others out? I’m okay with paying for expert opinions while trying to increase my knowledge. Cheers, karl

These coins have wonderful ‘presentation’ appeal and look to me to be very lustrous. The ANACS Morgan is gorgeous…but has the ‘small scuff mark’ to the left in the field. Should I cross it or leave it in the holder? Sorry, pictures taken with my I{ad and horrible lighting. In hand these coins look very nice….at least to me. Many of the scratches /lint are on the holder. The cheek marks don’t appear as bad as this camera makes them look…… Thanks….

This 31S REALLY has bothered me. I was a 2nd LT in the USAF (1981) when I bought it from a VERY respectable dealer in TX….for $75…as a BU semi-key. When I submitted it several years ago, it was returned with GENUINE NOT GRADABLE…for questionable coloring. Even though it’s no big deal, it’s a coin that I just can’t seem to ‘love’ because it’s like it is mediocre. What should I do with this? Open for suggestions. It LOOKS to me to be a very nice coin….but the slab just gives me the ‘not so nice’ vibe.

They will provide forms and help you fill them out and then intake the order. If you want to save time, just arrive with the forms already filled out.

People here can provide advice on your submission, and maybe some friendly dealers, but I wouldn't rely on any TPG reps for advice.

For crossing you have to figure out what the fees will be and if the cost makes it worth it and do you think it will cross at the grade you expect. The 81-s looks like it would straight cross at least IMO. I'm not sure what the question is for the other Morgans.

CAC advice, especially on a proof is going to be difficult as there can be hairlines or other reasons whether a coin would CAC or not. CAC is always a gamble. There's hundreds of youtube dealer CAC unboxing videos and experienced dealers seem to have a difficult time predicting CAC results.
