Need help identifying autograph - golfer?

I recently purchased dozens of autographs obtained at the 1972 US Open including Jack Nicklaus, 4x Arnold Palmer's, Chi Chi Rodriguez etc.
However there's one autograph I can't identify. I've attached a photo. Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance!
