Now I was told that this has a strike, though if it or not, unsure any help would be nice
Where the so-called strike though is at on the cheek area

It certainly could be a strikethrough (absence of raised metal around it) but difficult to tell from the image provided.

More likely a lamination error.
Strike-thru or not, it’s in the prime obverse focal point and is quite negative to eye appeal IMO.
Nothing is as expensive as free money.
What's the underlying reason for your question? I think the grade is accurate or perhaps a little high, probably should be a 62 but the rest of the coin is pretty nice.
Well it definitely ain't no hit
+1, what exactly is your question? If you’re asking if we agree with strike-through, I think I would, but regardless it’s going to affect both the grade and the value negatively.

With an error designation, this common Morgan would be worth about $30-50 more than a non error 63.
It has really has nice luster and strike. Would call it a text book low end 63. Whether C coin u decide.
Idk what would do with it (group of coins buy) - Send it to auction starting it at melt? Perhaps get enough get nice graded cheap low pop WBN.
