Cert numbers

On my last submission the cert # started with 9626. I wonder what they are going to do when they run out of numbers? make it a 9 digit number or put a letter in there. What do you guys think?

Make it alpha numeric?
For all we know it’s always been base16. Jokes on us.
But then we would have had A-F in the final “digit” all along.
Would be a HEX on us
