Clear Plastic ANACS Slab Box

So I dropped the wife off at the food store and walked across the street to a small strip mall. There was a thrift shop there, so I went in to check it out.

I saw a box with a bunch of junk in it. This was in the bottom. It's beat-up and cracked but I had never seen one like this before. I gave the lady 25¢ for it. The slabs fit but are very snug. The soap bars don't fit.
