Interesting ticket stub - this has to have been my first card show (1976)

I was going through old ticket stubs when I came across this mock Yankee Stadium playoff ticket. The back indicates the ASCCA show from November 1976. This show was either in Brooklyn or Manhattan. Certainly my first show as I turned 14 a few months before it. I'm pretty sure I bought my beat up 1952 Topps Duke Snider for $1 at that show.

    Nice stub!

My earliest was 82 "National" (I think) in a fancy NYC hotel.

Mantle was signing and saw him....and I got Steve Garvey to sign my bat that he gave me at a game.

Also recall seeing $5 packs of 1975 wax!

Got about 10 of those in mint condition. Neat novelty item.

I was hoping to find out more about that show on the internet but the only thing that popped up was the tickets (eBay sales). There was some mention of other shows from that time period. I know I had gone to shows in Brooklyn but I think they may have been later and this show may have been in Manhattan.

My First Card show. Still have my Mays and Snider autographed balls. Plus memories of taking a pic w/Reggie while we both waited for an elevator, then me and my JR High buddies meeting Bobby Murcer in the Hotel Lobby - great guy!

It's the singer not the song - Peter Townshend (1972)

Can't help you out with any show info. I picked up these tickets at a flea market 10 years ago. The orange ones like yours denotes upper seating, blue ones denote lower stand seating. Mine are 1 set of 10 of each color in sequence 1-10. And are complete tickets.
