Question on PSA population report.

When does PSA update their pop report? After a card is graded and before the assembly and QA check, or not until the card has gone through all stages and mailed back to the submitter?

I haven’t submitted lately, but in the past it would update the night that the grades popped.
It’s been after they reach the completed stage for me.
