Operation was professional from beginning to end.
They bought the coins at the price listed (adjusted for the current gold price). They weighed the coins. I had a pleasant conversation with the gentleman handling the transaction.
Ist class all around.
I've bought pre 33's from them in the past through auctions but this was my first in person transaction as a seller. Walked out with a check within a reasonable time frame.
I try to relate my experience when dealing with coins as honestly as I can.
A very satisfactory transaction.
A TY to Stacks.

Good to hear!
Did you go to their office or to a show they were at?
I'm guessing "office" from how you related the transaction but I'm curious.
I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
Went to their office.
It's an easy trip for us (20 blocks away).
I'm guessing, that they would be as accommodating at a show?
In today's world, I'm always pleased when a transaction of any sort goes off without incident.
I had a good experience, too, with the folks in their Philly office in selling gold.
What prices were they paying for gold bullion?
I'm not sure there is a simple answer?
I can't speak for them on exact pricing?
As I understand they pay a bit more to dealers vs a public customer? This makes sense given industry relationships?
I am a dealer and If my biz is good I will buy a fair number of coins at their auctions.
My guess is that dealers might receive anywhere from 0 to 2.5% premiums depending on market demand? One must call.
The public probably receives -1/2% to 1/2% premium ? I really don't know.
One would have to call to discover where their market is?
