Is PSA selling PSA graded cards on eBay now?

I've started seeing PSA graded cards being sold on eBay by seller "PSA". Does anyone know the deal with that? They seem to offer to keep the cards in a vault or to ship them. Here is an example:

After grading you have the option to list on eBay directly instead of sending the card(s) back to you
Yes PSA took over the EBay Vault. eBay took over Goldin, PSA took over the vault. Not sure who paid whom on the deal. The odd thing is PSA is selling SGC (a little odd), Beckett and CSG cards through the vault.
