Good morning. It's torn hence the tape, but not taped together
Value is rather low. Uncut 6-card 1977 Topps panels, of commons, in good to excellent condition, sell for about $10-20 on eBay. As mentioned earlier, they are not scarce, they are not error cards.
Not worth much
those 77 Panel's are kinda cool...
