Yes! I have the same problem. Some small coins are overly reduced and others are enlarged. Just strange…….
Just to add, that my issue is with digital albums…
This is what I meant about the coins being different sizes. They are all true view images. I just cannot get my head around the reason for this!! Halves are different sizes, as are the quarters……
The coins are usually sized according to the diameter listed in Coin Facts. If there is no diameter listed, or if they are wrong, in the past I have provided the correct diameters and asked them to correct the coin data.
However, if you have halves, they should be larger than quarters in the digital albums. That is to show the relative sizes in the digital album closer to reality.
If you want them all the same size you should just look at your gallery, and not the album.

Understood, and appreciated that the halves are bigger than quarters. However, one half should not be bigger than another half. Likewise with the quarters!
No point in messaging PCGS about this with new coin data as they haven’t responded to any of my recent emails about the registry, new sets or pin/certificates from 2023. Remind me what we are paying subscriptions for?

Generally, I would recommend reaching out to our Set Registry team for Set Registry related inquiries. I'll try to help here with what I can.
For the original poster, some of the coins have multiple images, one higher resolution and one lower resolution image. It looks like you can go to the individual certification's page in your Inventory and remove the second image. This should hopefully solve the problem of seeing the smaller image. If you still have issues with this after trying this, I would definitely recommend contacting our Set Registry Customer Care team.
For the album sizes, it sounds like it would be a good idea to contact our Set Registry team to get the sizing fixed.

In looking closer you are correct,,,,, the smaller images are duplicates of the same coin,,,,, some coins are showing a small and a large image. I am having trouble trying to figure out how to delete the small image though.

Go to your Inventory:
Scroll to the coin in question and select Details. All coins with multiple photos uploaded will have the "View More" under the Trueview:
In the cert detail, scroll to the desired picture:
Click Remove:
Often after hitting Remove you'll get an error message or it will take a long time. Usually, the picture has been deleted, the page just needs to be refreshed. It's some sort of server error.

Thanks for taking the time to respond and offer your support. With all due respect whilst the set registry team have been helpful in the past, I cannot see the point in raising this with them as they have continued to ignore my other written requests. I know they are busy and my requests for the set registry certificates etc are probably tedious and boring for them.
I think it is pointless emailing them and being in London means the costs of calling are disproportionate. At the end of the day, the image sizes are annoying but I don’t think I’m going to spend any time trying to fix this - especially if it involves sending messages that probably won’t be replied to.
Pleased to see there is an easy fix for the other issue though. That’s great!

Yea, it is really funny when a small coin gets displayed as a large coin next to a large coin that is displayed as smaller. The digital albums are a great idea and fun concept - there are a lot of things they did right in executing them, but this and the lack of a magnification/enlargement feature make them little more than a useless cute waste of bandwidth and space on the servers.

Currently looking for Proof Half Sovereigns…….
All of these photos are True-Views and not photos by me so the problem is not with the size of the photo uploaded by me.
Some kind of a bug in PCGS system. I wish they would fix it.
