Change name glitch is back?

Apparently you can change your name again. I of course, took advantage of that.

I heard the change is not a glitch, but a conscious policy decision by PCGS to now allow for this without deleting your account!

1. I sold my wheatie horde (which wasn't really that much)
2. My stars would overflow to the second row by my name, same things with reactions
3. At the top, where you can see your name, it would be broken at the end and be 2 lines big
