Definitely a straight grade. MS64 or 65
I would guess straight grade. But I wouldn’t quibble if a TGP wanted to detail it.
I'd say straight grade.

While those marks are heavy I would think with market grading that getting a straight grade would be a high percentage chance.

I don't think it would straight grade. Scratched.

OK, let's take bets.
doesn't look like a scratch from here
If it was just the single one on the breast, straight grade, but add the one above it- kind of in an open area of visibility and I'd go with Scratched (or, Damaged).

Straight grade.
Pretty big hits for straight grade. But they are legitimately contact marks, so I say MS63.
(Though I wouldn't buy it with marks like that.)

In hand, they look more like hits (contact marks) rather then scratches.

I've avoided submitting coins in the past, simply because I hate waiting stinkin' months to get the things back!!

If this coin straight grades it just magnifies the problem

However, in saying that...
It's that ole saying, "if you like the coin, whatever condition, keep it"
I like my damaged coin so much, I still sent mine in for grading!
To answer your question.
70%- Damaged
30%- Straight grade
Good Luck in whatever you decide.
Still an awesome variety!
