this appears to be gaining traction

Tyreek has been flapping his gums, but i wonder if he truly thinks he stands a chance, which he does not

would love to see it though

Christian Coleman ran a 4.12 and he didn't qualify for either the 100 or 200 in the Olympics

so imagine what Lyles, who won gold in the 100, would run

Tyreek will be reading the bottom of his spikes

Whether he has a chance might depend on the rules but I want to see it happen.

I recall a story about Deion where he went to the scouting combines and ran with his track shoes. The scouts apparently discounted it and wanted him to run in his cleats, which he hadn’t brought, so he put on his Jordan’s and ran a 4.27 or something. I don’t recall the details but it’s a good story.

Any chance that those two can schedule their race for October 6th at 1pm, then if there's a rematch have that one on November 24th at the same time? Just asking for 11 friends currently on a practice field in Foxboro, MA. 😉

Its not as absurd as it first sounds. Hills best track time in high school was less than half a second behind Lyles Gold Medal time in the 100m. Its a long shot but not out of the question. I dont hate the 40m odds or maybe the 50m for Hill, wouldnt touch the 100m though. Dolphins wont ever let it happen anyways

There has to be something in his contract to forbid this I would think?

He comes up with a hammy and then it's all bad

This type of thing is like a Navy Seal talking smack and saying they could take a pro MMA fighter in a cage match, it's just silly

Theres been numerous military members with success in high level MMA including champions and UFC fighters. Randy Couture is probably the best known. Stann even competed while on active duty as a Marine and had success, Tim Kennedy was also active duty while fighting and returned back to the special forces after fighting in MMA.

Hill would never beat lyles in the 100. the race would get closer the shorter it went, but that is just because lyles would have less distance to pull away.

George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.
