Selling off Collection....Again!! First Item 1998-W PR68DCAM $25 Gold Eagle!

The time has come, once again, to make a push to sell off what is left of my collection.
It has been some time, about 8-9 years, that I last actively tried to sell off coins.
Back then it was to help purchase a weekend/short term rental home in the mountains.

Now that I am "retired" (technically not old enough, but tired of working), I once again have my thoughts on buying a house up north on a river!

I sold much of my graded key dates back then, but have a lot of nice coins for the 'casual collector'.
You can check my registry set for grades, but I might have others in lower grades too! And dupes!

I also have a sheet load of raw coins too.

I'll start off with the only graded gold piece I have:
