A newp that just arrived. A very tough series to grade imho!! Here it is, good luck!! I will post the results later today. The holder has light scratches fwiw. It's a MS63!

63.
These are almost impossible to grade from photos. Luster plays a major role in the MS grades, and it just doesn't come out in photos for the Indian $2½s and $5s. My guess would be 63 or 64. It's a pre-prongs holder so likely predates any "plus" designation.

I'll say 64. The luster looks really nice.

58, I don't see MS after thinking 62 at first.
IMO, one of the most difficult coins to grade even in hand, with that said I'd give it a MS-62, but purely a guess

I would have suggested 63- nice coin. I think the posting of the coin in the slab may raise some doubt in terms a possible 64.
Am I the only one that is having an issue with the MM? Do we really have a D? The image I see is leaving doubts. And just to be fair I haven’t ruled out maybe the issue is with my screen.

Cac worthy imo.
If you can tell that from the images posted, you’re one of the sharpest graders in the universe.
