San Francisco Proof?

Are all newer coins coming out of San Francisco supposed to be proof coins? Got a roll of 2024 Celia Cruz S mint mark quarters in and they are all uncirculated like normal P and D mints. Did I miss a memo from the mint they were changing the stamping process?

Yes, you missed the memo. S mint quarters have been made for collectors and sold in rolls and bags for a number of years now.

And coins are minted, or struck, not "stamped". ;)
