Your 1963-D cent is listed on varietyvista as RPM-009:

Looks like a die chip on the upper portion of the 6 that might fool some into thinking doubling.

@mace123 A D over D mintmark is a variety not an error. A good source for you to reference on varieties is called Variety Vista.

possibly doubled w and die scratches on reverse ?
If the date itself bothers you perhaps you should review the history of obverse designs for Lincoln cents, the date was changed a number of times along with other elements, and you can see the progression of ODV (obverse design varieties) at http://varietyvista.com/01a LC Doubled Dies Vol 1/Obverse Design Varieties.htm
No, and they're die polish lines. Not worth anything but 1c.
guess il throw that 1 in the junk pile then
It's a legitimate RPM. Value is not high, maybe a dollar or two if you find the right buyer. Your call whether that means that it's junk.
sry yea junk for me is i keep for myself lol
and ty manifest for verifying those
and what is the w im thinking die deterioration doubling or machine
machine doubling
thank you lol
