Looking for some engraved coins, maybe a name or a message on them. No love tokens please, unless they have dates or names on them. Not initials.
Type collector, mainly into Seated. -formerly Ownerofawheatiehorde. Good BST transactions with: mirabela, OKCC, MICHAELDIXON, Gerard

A collecting interest that’s near and dear to my heart. I hope you find a great example for your collection.
This one isn’t for sale, but I figured I’d share just for fun. This is a convict love token that would have been prepared for a love one before the convict was transported from England to Australia, or possibly even executed. Really sparks the imagination:

I love the WWI dog tag. @pocketpiececommems . Question, do you know if it’s possible to look up the individual via service number online if you don’t have a name on the dog tag? My efforts as of late have come up short.
I haven’t tried. I purchased it at the summer show in St Louis from a Texas dealer in 2010

I'm pretty sure you can search the National Archives for US soldiers from ww1

AEF was assigned to Europe so the coin it’s engraved on makes sense. I found a Craig Gulberson 2nd Lieutenant assigned for duties in Nebraska (possibly relative?) back in March of 2018.
