This popped up on my Facebook feed:
10 oz. RCM Silver Bar - Royal Canadian Mint .9999 Fine Limit 1 purchase per person
Has anyone else heard about this? Clearly not legit.

garbage 100%
scam
Clearly not legit.
I knew it would happen.
Are you feeling lucky?
Um, NO.
Wayfair is a legitimate retailer, not sure about this offer.
Could be a loss-leader to get people into the store.
The scammers copy legitimate business web sites and logos all the time on Facebook.
Almost every ad you see on Facebook is a scam.
My favorite Facebook ad is the mouthwash that makes your missing teeth grow back.
Make sure not to miss out on the $12 Silver Eagles or the $26 1 oz Gold Eagles they even have 1880 CC Morgan dollars for $19.99
Your are right.... scam for sure. Could find no silver bars, bullion, etc. on the actual Wayfair website. And with the offer popping up on Facebook.... yep..... likely a scammer using copy of the Wayfair site, logo, etc.
This keeps popping up; Wayfair 10 oz bar of silver: https://hxmcxnkjd.live/products/10-oz.-rcm-silver-bar-royal-canadian-mint-.9999-finelimit-1-purchase-per-person?fbclid=IwY2xjawErAQBleHRuA2FlbQEwAAEdTj9xaEru-8temfEMdl7A8Ei4KyMbDOMznIOXpKFW41GVrKdH_chioaGU_aem_8j82UD8btCp0VZLQ4a3Tyg&utm_medium=paid&utm_source=fb&utm_id=120212239133870588&utm_content=120212239330890588&utm_term=120212239134250588&utm_campaign=120212239133870588
that is all you need to know
They are sure putting that lure out for you logger7!
It keeps popping up and it will keep popping up, it has been popping up for years.
Facebook will not remove scam ads, they want the advertising dollars.
A few of my favorite things to post on Facebook
This is a cloned website and you should be able to tell by the URL.
If you can't tell by the URL read the Terms of Service for the real Wayfair site and then read the terms for the fake cloned website that refers the company name as being Refurbished Phone Online Store
Real Wayfair TOS page
https://www.wayfair.com/terms?section=terms-of-use
Fake Wayfair TOS page

If you can't or don't know how to spot scam ad on Facebook you should delete your account for your own protection.
Why would you want to buy a 10 ounce bar for $99.99 when you can buy a 1 ounce American Gold Eagle for $26?
Why would you buy anything off Facebook?
Have your credit card ready!
