    possession is 999.99% of the law. Deal only with reputable seller and take immediate delivery. I currently use bullionexhanges.com for my metal.

    Why would anyone buy metals and put them into an IRA that they cannot touch (without penalty) until retirement age? Buy them and hold them yourself - you can sell at any time.

    Yep... if you can't hold it in hand.... do you really own it? This type of scam has been around for many many years, and likely many more to come. Holding your own metals can be a hassle with storage, etc.... but..... at least you have it!

    Yep... That Pretty Printed Portfolio Package is the bait... but it you can't hold it..... you know the rest.

    The predators thrive, because law enforcement does not seem to be a priority anymore. Or is very selective at best.
