Should PCGS Use a Different Grade for "C" Coins?

In checking out the latest Fairmont Auction at StacksBowers I noticed there were 240 gold coins up for auction and only 121 with CACs. Supposedly this hoard is fresh to the market and was recently graded. It's surprising so many of these coins didn't sticker. My guess is they are "C" coins rather than having surface "treatments."
In order to be competitive with CACG, should PCGS begin issuing one grade lower plus grades. For example a "C" grade MS64 would become a MS63+?

No sure, I was going to suggest a Minus sign but that might send the wrong message..
Do people think before writing out questions like this?
Absolutely, but maybe too much.

There's also a secret "D" category that no one talks about.
I guess OP really, really cares about this faux "issue," since they have two identical threads now.
There's no reason why they couldn't have surface issues just because they are fresh to market.
Or they are home alone and needed some attention. CAC always grabs attention around here.
No. There is no reason why they should use separate grade for C coins - I have a graduated markup structure above CDN bid for C coins lower tier, B coins mid range, and A coins PQ upper tier. If coin PQ you want to get all the money.
C coins simply the low end bottom range 1/3 of a certain issue. There is an art to pricing coins for proper retail pricing.
An MS63 C coin.....could it ever become an MS64 A coin? Or an MS62 A coin for that matter?

It is necessary, for clarity, to grade the number with letters.
