I have in my possession a BU 1904o VAM 4b MORGAN Dollar. The front is blast white and the reverse is a nice deep toning of orange green and blues. Which way is a better bang for my buck? MS70 the reverse or not? Possibly send in to grade as is. Not sure I know but I am sure you all do. Help!

Toning on reverse does not show well with my camera. It's natural toning and the gold, greens, blues, are stunning.
Try acetone first. At least that is what I would do.
do you find it to be negative toning or PCGS might call it QC?
No on MS70, keep it as is or just an acetone bath as noted above.
Agreed with spacehayduke. Especially being deep in the crevices, I would expect that to require quite a bit of Q-Tipping to remove and it’s going to look cleaned afterwards even if you don’t leave hairlines.
ETA: If you want it blast white I’d send it in for conservation as MS70 would not be the weapon of choice for this particular coin IMO.
Keep it as is, don't mess with it.
@davewesen the OP said the toning was stunning.
@blaircountycoin leave the coin as it is.
