1979 Susan B Anthony lettering

Hello, I have this Susan Anthony that the lettering seems to be over layered? Or would this be considered a DD or an error either every place that I’ve looked I’ve not yet to see lettering like this so I don’t think it’s a common thing because I would be seeing it all over eBay, it was.
Any advice you could give would be greatly appreciated

Machine doubling, if that.
Photos have too much reflection and are out of focus but from what I can see, there is no sign of
an error or DD. As Manifest stated probably Machine Doubling, a worthless type of doubling.
Out of focus. More likely Machine Doubling.
