PSA/DNA Blue Label

I have an autographed 3x5 card of Jesse Landrum in a blue labeled slab, but when I input the number into my set registry it comes up as an index card with no name attached. Does anyone know how something like this could happen?

    Not sure - maybe try the set registry forum? It’s more active than this forum so they might be able to help.

    Good Day all,
    I've just discovered the Autograph category. And I am glade I did.
    My Dad left me this 64 Kennedy Half and its the only one I have.
    From my research I believe this uncirculated sample is known as Accented hair-Little brother.
    Also kept in a holder with an autograph. I can not find out who signature it is.
    I hope some one here can add some light.
