Type 1 Baseball Photos?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could assist with these images. I've done some research but to be honest, it is hard to find more details on these photos. Not the same as finding sports cards, of course. I was hoping someone could tell me if these are Type 1 photos. Also, is that Mickey Mantle running into home base? I found these in my grandfather's collection. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Nice press photo find! Definitely looks like Mantle in the first picture…I’ll let others comment on Type 1 vs 2 etc
Mantle and Roy Campanella, so it must be a World Series game. 1952, 1953, 1955, or 1956.
