Does anyone recognize these markings?

Hello everyone! Does anyone recognize these markings? I have a Jordan autograph ball that is in the 1st and 2nd picture. I know it’s real because I know it’s history and never cared to send it in. Another ball landed on eBay with the same signature and different numbers. Does anyone know where it came from? They are both Jordan Balls.
History on my ball is that it was signed in Vegas for owner of a sports store that closed down in 2005. The owner let everyone choose 1 item when it closed and the guy I got my ball from had it for 19 years, so I know it’s legit and the history is 100% there but I’m not sure if these marking weee from a 3rd party or sports logo in Las Vegas used to have their on authentication and that’s what this is.
Please advise if you recognize this on any signed items.

Personally, I'd be more concerned with the authenticity of the signature as opposed to the markings on the side...Jordan is one of the most forged signature in the entire hobby.
