Please let me know what are all those defects on this coin:

    Number 2 appears to be a strike-thru.
    Number 3 appears to be a die crack.
    Not sure on number 1 could be PMD, strike-thru or planchet flaw.

    I think you missed the upper lip mark, does look like something happened there. But then again, these circulated heavily so all kind of marks are expected.
